I created this toolkit from 10 years in the sensual arts, a journey I began because I craved a safe space to nurture the sensuality Iโd been bursting to express but never felt confident or safe enough to fully embrace.
I wasnโt being seen in the ways I desired. I wasnโt living in the fullness of my truth as the sensual queen I knew I could be. I wanted to take up space, but a strong resistance held me back.
In my world, sensuality was tabooโtoo much for polite conversations, too much for my hometown of Cape Town at that point in time. There were no teachings, no safe spaces to explore this part of myself.
But I needed to. I needed to feel that it was okay to own my sensuality, to embrace my hypnotic, magnetic essence, and grow powerful enough to embody it in every part of my life.
As I grew as a sensual dancer, I realizedโI wasnโt here to become a professional. I was here to feel good and access my feminine power.
Thatโs when I knew that my mission was bigger than performing, choreographing, and teaching pole dancers, as wonderful as that was. My mission is to EMPOWER women. Any and all women.
